He he wants to be a TV reporter -- wants it enough to shed his beloved nickname of T.C and retreat to the blandness of Anthony, and to move from sports to "real" news.
He's started a blog where he critiques himself. The courage to look closely at your own work goes a long way.

Judging from the profusion of photographs of yourself available here you have significantly more hair than either of these gentlemen. Make it "somewhat" more hair.
